SCREEN DOESNT ROTATE FOR KEYBOARD USE TO TEXT , SCREEN LOCKS UP.AND VERY FRAGILE (PLASTIC). NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS PHONE .LG SHOULD DISCONTNUE THIS PHONE!!!! THANK GOD FOR PROTECTION PLAN THANK YOU BEST BUY !!!!

Sure if you don't like to download apps, music, or do anything except for calling and texting, this is the phone for you. But, I did not buy this phone for that reason. It looked like a pleasure to have and buy, but in the end it's not. It also scratches very easily. and there is no screen protector in any stores. And, there is no screenshot. You must install an app in order to screenshot. There is not enough space In order for me to do this action. Also, very few phone cases. I don't like my phone cases to be plain and simple. But, that is what I got. Like, the iPhone makes glamorous cases. So, this phone is not what people call "popular". So, I do not recommend anyone to get this phone. If only I could return it.

Good for low camera users

The photos that were downloaded could not be deleted. Decided to swithch to Kyocera and Virgin Mobile.

It's an average that has a tendency to break

Posted by: from Barnstable, MA on 04/19/2013The phone is average at best. It falls apart rather easily and the second one I now own gives me a difficult time clicking the back part together. There are 6 slots that have to line up perfectly for the cover to stay on tight.
