When using them in a closed or IDF closet they're great but in a SMB where sometime you don't have that luxury and the switch ends up on a nearby desk, the ports on the back would be nice. I know I could get other switched with the ports on the back but they're made with cheap plastic and look all stylish in case they end up in a living room. I like the metal casing this unit has.

Set up was very easy and required no special adjustments or configuration of equipment. Happy with speed. Haven't had to make any adjustments since the initial installation about a month ago.
