However, you need take some time to learn how to operate when you purchase this as first DSLR. A little bigger size than D5200 or other competitive cameras. Video quality is okay with me.

I thought about getting the 7100, but it was more expensive and since I'm just starting out I decided to stick with the 7000 and maybe upgrade later.

Great Camera for intermediate user

Fourteen days total and I only needed to charge the battery one time, although I did have an extra battery. I took 2500 pictures and many videos. The videos do take a lot of space on your cards, but with dual ports its a great option.

But its a good starter camera for dslr newbies.. get to know what's dslr then go for the d60 .... good starter.. see if u really like the world of dslr without wasting few Gs on real dslr babes
