Not only can this system handle updated graphics and games, but there is also an online store full of more fun games with decent prices. Entertainment is literally at your fingertips.1 out of 1 found this review helpful.

Small and compact for on the go4

I bought this DS and owned if for a few hours. I played a few games on it and it worked just great. Fits in my jean pockets comfortably when i'm out and not playing. My advice for those that debate on whether to get this or the XL version is: if you've ever owned a mobile device that has a larger than average sized screen (samsung galaxy s3/ note series, DS XL, any tablet, etc.) then you'll probably want to buy the 3DS XL instead. If you've always been a fan of small/mobile and had such devices such as iphone 4s and below, then it shouldn't bother you at all.1 out of 2 found this review helpful.

An Amazing Portable Game Console From Nintendo5

I've had a 3DS since the day it launched. It is truely amazing. I will first talk about the console its self.
It is very portable and is nice and sleek. It has an SD card slot so you can store games and music. You also have a the stylus on the back though I don't like it on the back. You then open it up and it has a circle pad, D-Pad, A B X & Y buttons, and the R & L buttons. The 3DS is also quiet durable. I dropped it a few times and it has minimal scratches and it is works 100 %.
Now about some of the features. You can obviously play 3D games aswell as some other applications. One example is the AR app. You can use augmented reality cards to play games on it and it is really fun. You also have the Nintendo E-Shop. It has an abundant amount ot games to download and virtual console games.
Next are the games. Nintendo made a HUGE lineup of amazing games for the 3DS and there are more to come. Some of the games are Mario Party 7, Resident Evil Revelations, and Kingdom Hearts 3D Dream Drop Distance (Just to name a few). You also have the regular two remakes: The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time and Star Fox 3D. These are all great games.
