This is a really great product. You are able to play regular DS games on the console. The graphics are wonderful and the camera on it, is fun to use. I love the fact that it has Wi-Fi and you are able to use the web or even watch netflix movies on the console.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Great game system for young kids5

I got this for my son and he loves it. He plays it quite often and I love the long battery life. When I have things to do and he has to come, it keeps him entertained while I get my errands run. It is durable and very easy to use. It also has parental control settings to keep him out of things he should not be in and a game rating setting so that if he should try to play a game rated higher than where I have set it, the game will not work. The 3D effects are so life like, audio is great for this little compact console. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Oh midnight purple is the best color!1 out of 1 found this review helpful.

We bought the purple one for our daughter and she loves it. Our daughter plays with it almost everyday, and it's a life saver on long drives.
Other thoughts: initially I was concerned about it's durability but it has held up well given the number of times it has been dropped.1 out of 1 found this review helpful.

The best handheld gaming system available5

I bought my 3DS for Fire Emblem: Awakening, and the new Pokemon game. It's easy to setup, took me five minutes. The best thing is being able to play games in 3D. The only problem I have is that the battery life seems slightly smaller then the DS lite's battery.1 out of 1 found this review helpful.

Our son has a 3d DS, and our daughter wanted one for her birthday. Purple is her favorite color and she was excited to see it available. I would recommend that you purchase the protection if you are purchasing it for small children. We have used the protection for our sons DS several times for the charger connection coming loose and receiving an error message stating that a game has not been inserted when it has. I have found both of these issues to be common problems in our experience. With the protection plan, these issues have been resolved promptly without question.1 out of 1 found this review helpful.
