This works fine when you do the dance to reset your computer to recognize it each time. Not as easy as my previous USB aircard. But then this is a HOT SPOT an that is nice. Battrery dies at inopportune moments keep it plugged in if possible to avoid issues.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Horrible1

I wish I could get out of my newly 2-year contract. The device says I have good signal, yet, it stalls. I have had this device for 2 months and can count on one hand how many times I turned it on. I'm considering paying the termination fee and cut my loses.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Great hook-up to internet5

I enjoy this service instead of having to have home internet with phone. So far, taxes aren/t bad. Great service at Best Buy with employees. All were very helpful, very nice. I enjoy shopping there. Next purchase a TV. Like the rewards.1 out of 2 found this review helpful.

Gets horrible reception1

The device get's horrible reception in my house and that is where it's main use is. I'm wondering if it's Sprint or the device itself. I am usually very frustrated with the device and forget downloading you tube video's as it takes about 5 minutes to download a 1 minute video. Overall not satisfied with the device or service. I was also not told that there would be a $35 activation fee with Sprint after being charged $50 from Best Buy!

I like this so much more than the USB data card. No special software and I love that it's rechargeable so it doesn't need to be plugged in all the time.2 out of 2 found this review helpful.

Try someone else beside Sprint1

This is Sprint's replacement of the OverDrive Pro. (another poorly engineered and marketed product).
So far, after a month's use, it has shutoff about 45 times with NO warning. The connection speed is slower than the OverDrive Pro - BUT it doesn't overheat like the OD P.
The "landing page" is convoluted and confusing, and when I tried to use Sprint's web site to get Tech help, they responded with a suggestion of contacting them to get Tech support.
Everything about my 6 month journey with Best Buy and Sprint has been disappointing. The good news is They got me for another 18 months of the Sprint contract.
Warning: do your research. Do NOT rely on the recommendation of a sales person.9 out of 9 found this review helpful.
