I got this for my mom's computer. She had an old eMachines that was SSSLLLLOOOOWWW!!! I got this on sale (I think 30-40% off) so it was a great deal!
Super easy to install! Her computer flies now (comparatively to what it was - it's still single-core CPU). She loves being able to boot her computer and get online without having to wait 10-15 minutes. Now it's up and running in no time!

had a hard time at first installing the memory thought i had gotten the wrong one, took it back and was told how to check the memory and that was a big help. the store personel was really great- Build or modify your own PC : No

Installed on a Dell Vostro 200, Windows 7 64 bit. First sticks worked for about two weeks with light use before one of them stopped working and the PC would only boot with the other RAM stick. Returned the product and got new ones that have worked now for more than 2 months. Not the fastest, but have an attractive price and are 5300 compatible.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Great Upgrade for the Price5

Definitely a marked improvement. Easy to install. Liked that it was on sale and could pick it up at my local store. My older computer came with 1 GB of memory and only has two slots. Picked up this pack to double my memory. Works great. I've always used PNY products in two previous computers when I upgraded the RAM in those also.
