Gamer that needed more RAM

World of Warcraft is a large game and I knew my desktop wouldn't be able to handle it. So I went into Best Buy and found out that this particular product was compatible with my desktop. The installation was very easy. I just unscrewed and took off the side panel of my computer, took out the original RAM and installed the new ones. Turned it on and bam! Simple as that. I am highly satisfied with the price and the ease of the installation process.

Caused to many problems

Posted by: dptfromla from Kentwood, LA on 04/22/2013Once installed, it caused multiple failures of Windows to start followed by the computer crashing and restarts. And this would occur over and over. When I asked a member of the Geek Squad why this was occuring I got told in no uncertain terms, "I don 't know!" Once I tried another memory card, no further problems.

Super easy to install! Her computer flies now (comparatively to what it was - it's still single-core CPU). She loves being able to boot her computer and get online without having to wait 10-15 minutes. Now it's up and running in no time!
