A number of the "smart" features and interconnections are also great. OTOH, for the "average" person who is not completely familiar with the current generation of pads, tablets, phones, etc. the "complete setup" is *not* a trivial task and best left in the hands of experts. I had the Geek Squad do it and it was a joy to watch them dance through their 10,000 steps.

    Excellent Picture Quality

    Posted by: from Dallas, Tx on 03/19/2013I started off with Samsung's almost top of the line UN55ES7500FXZA 55" LED and loved everything about it. Except the size. The 60" version of that tv cost, at the time, $800 more. These were the same price. I returned the Samsung for the Panasonic and am extremely happy with it. Picture quality is, if anything, better on the Viera (which I didn't think could happen), The only real gripe I can up with is that the Samsung had perfect connectivity with my phone, while this TV seems to skip and buffer while trying to play videos from my phone over the wifi. Sports look amazing on this tv.

    Posted by: from Saratoga, Ny on 03/19/2013had this tv for not even a month...i go to turn it on and i see a burn in image of a tv channel...i couldnt believe it so i did the image retention 2 times and it is still there...im so mad!!! did my research for about a year before buying this tv and this is what happens? it was msrp at $2600...i would expect this from a cheap plasma but not one of the top of the line ones...

It has THX mode which works great with my home theater system. I just had the TV calibrated after 2 months use. The color is even better after the calibration. I had the Geek Squad deliver the TV, AV Receiver, DVD Blu-Ray player, etc. and set-up everything. I also bought a Harmony One remote, which operates all of the equipment with only one remote.

    Best plasma in its class

    Posted by: from Hawaii on 03/15/2013I was jumping between plasmas and LED's. Turned in my 60" Sharp Aquos and waited 2 weeks for this one from this Best Buy. My anticipation is 100% rewarded. After professional calibration the picture quality is amazing! The sound needs to be improved though, but I hooked it up to my Bose cinema and it rocks! The only thing that annoys me it's te built in ads. Also one of the cons that Panasonic does not include 3D glasses with it, and they expensive to buy. Other that that-great TV!
