Bought this after finding a great deal on it for $40 and reading some good reviews on it. I paired this sub with a Kenwood 1000 watt amp. I get nothing but head turns and compliments. It shakes my seats and every other part of the car. Also have it in a sealed box, and couldn't be happier.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

I got this as a deal of the day online. Took me a while to get this and an amp installed but it is finally worth it. It literally shakes my jeep. I would recommend this to anyone unfamiliar to car audio, that just want some heavy bass.2 out of 2 found this review helpful.

well pioneer has done it again man old school pioneer sucked but anymore what i've been listening too is top quality and this dual voice coil sub is for better than my alpine sub the voices are clearer and the thump is lower but thats what you would exspect from a dual voice coil sub my honda accord comes stock with pioneer and this sub compliments the system2 out of 3 found this review helpful.

Ive had a few different subwoofers and these by far are one the best ive owned.
I have two of them in an inclosed box. 700 watt Rms amp.
And they sound amazing.
They are easy to install. The amp wiring kit itself is a pain in the ***.1 out of 2 found this review helpful.

Bought this on a whim knowing my current system which consisted of a single 10" sub in a bandpass box wasn't cutting it, when I saw this one go on sale for $35 shipped I couldn't pass it up. Wanted to actually get two to throw into a bandpass box but unfortunately the sale was only for one sub, no big deal so I just got the one. I didn't have any previous experience with 2 ohm dual voice coil subs but after getting the wiring info I found they can only be wired for 4 ohm's or 1 ohm's which really isn't optimal for most amps ie if you run in at 4 ohm's you aren't making the most of most amps and most amps(including the 3 I have) aren't built to be stable at 1 ohm.
Ultimately these subs really should be run either using a 1 ohm capable amp or run two of these subs in parallel with the subs themselves wired for 4 ohms so that your amp will see a 2 ohm load and take better advantage of the sub's output.
I already had an old amp in my car that I could bridge pretty easily, as it didn't have a channel specific gain, to around 300w and for a single 12" sub it hit HARD! Its currently in a 1.2 cubic foot sealed box that I also got from Best buy.
I decided to try my newer, better, rockford fosgate punch 800a2 amp which is basically a 2 channel 200w per channel amp but I don't like bridging this amp on a dual voice coil sub because it has dual gains and while the 200w was ok, I suppose, the other amp just did a better job in my eyes just because, when bridged, it took better advantage of the sub's specs.
Overall I'm happy but wish I could've gotten two at that price to run in parallel to my RF amp.7 out of 13 found this review helpful.

My new sub has more bass then I could have imagined and same as below because of the dual voice coil at 2 ohms you have to wire it at 1 or 4 ohms with a mono amp. I have mine powered at 300 watts rms at 4 ohm because I didn't know I needed a 1 ohm capable amp. But at 100 watts underpowered this sub still sets off car alarms, and lets your friends and neighbors feel you coming down the street and I only have one.6 out of 6 found this review helpful.

I am running this sub under its RMS rating, have the bass turned down, and the volume down and it still shakes my whole car. I have to turn it down because it can get so loud. Fantastic product if set up properly.6 out of 6 found this review helpful.
