I will complaint to Best Buy and the manufacture along with my local consumer services agency. You pay top dollars for your phone and as well products and accessories to protect it or enjoy it and what you get is total the opposite. I have posted this pictures online so users can see better what I'm talking about.

Mixed Feelings

I like the way it looks, the face in mounting of the bracket, and i feel with the plastics attached to my phone I do think they would protect it from dropping. however, since attaching the plastics the phone seems to lockup more and tends to be a bit warmer than normal when I pull the plastics off. I've stopped re-attaching the back cover which has minimized the lockups, but now the phone doesn't lock securely into the face in bracket. I think this product has potential, just needs some sort of ventilation or air flow assistance. Also the frequent removal of plastics made short work of the retention clips.

Does the Job

Best Case on the Market for EVO's

It is quite durable, I have dropped my phone several times, and still feels sweet. The price is high but it's usefullness makes up for the cost. Great Job!!!

Bad Warranty Process

You have to fill a from online, convert your receipt into a jpg or pdf file.. attach it to the online form.. then you have to wait for them to call.. then you have to pay to ship the part, and once they have received it.. they will mail you one! Otterbox warranty is right over the phone with free FedEx shipment. This phone case/holster is sold from a third party through Best Buy. Buyer beware !

Posted by: orangebike from Madison WI on 09/28/2011Yesterday I went to get a Mini SD Card and talked to a Best Buy Employee who was super helpful. I told him I had problems with my phone case. He ask to see it and he agreed this case was too loose and would keep sliding off. I told I purchased it a few months ago and he had no problem returning it for a new case and belt clip. The New case fits like a glove. The reason I marked Fair because one the case is on the phone its almost impossible to get off. I am happy with my phone, mini SD, Case and Best Buy.
I really like this case because it is slim and easy to wear. As you know this phone is not a small phone. Also the belt clip is well made and you can use it horizontal or vertical which is a nice touch.

but if your lookin for a front and back cover so the screen doesnt get messed up...plasic screen protecers are worthless as well
