Also it is hard to get it off to get into the back of the phone for the memory card but i guess that is really a good thing, at least it wont fall off. Over all it is well worth the money.

Posted by: footintique from canfield on 10/03/2012the case has done its job great, protected the phone. it fits the phone snug which prevents from coming off the phone. its sleak and slender which no one wants on a phone case (big and bulging). ive dropped the phone on solid concrete and the phone was golden and the case didnt even have a scratch on it.

Nice case, but power button sometimes gets pressed

It's the belt clip that is the problem, sometimes If I'm sitting bending over the belt clip will get squeezed and will inadvertantly depress the power button, and next thing I know is that my phone is rebooting. However, If I flip the phone around the wrong way in the belt clip, it actually will avoid this issue.

Case made me return 3 phones

I went through 3 phones, hours of tech support with Sprint and 10 different hard resets because my phone kept power cycling. I loaded apps, unloaded apps, left the phone bone bare. Still reset all day every day. After another 1-hour sprint call, a technician asks me about my case. He could not disclose the name brands but did say several popular cases were causing the phone to restart due to the design. Did an internet search and found the culprit. Owe HTC and Sprint an apology. The power cycling was the only complaint with the phone and it turns out it was not a phone problem at all. THIS CASE SUCKS @$$.

Only real complaint I have is the way the power button is on the case, it can cause the latch on the belt clip to press it occasionally which can cause the phone to power cycle off. Does not happen often but if it hits just right it will.

I love the look and the matte finish. It is durable because I've dropped my phone twice and the phone didn't break or anything. Now, I didn't drop it on its face so Idont know about what would happen if that would happen. I recommend the phone case.
