Posted by: Lunchman from Michigan on 04/19/2013I recently purchased this sub as a store demo, it was a little nicked up here and there but it functioned great, easy set up, set on auto and never have to touch it again, I have it settle just mod point and it shackles my floors lol, all in all I got a great deal on it for being a demo but I think if I had paid full price I would still be very pleased with its performance!!!

Excellent Sound

The sound quality is excellent and is driven from my (now vintage) NAD Preamp (1600) and Amp (2400). I am running the Sub out through an EQ with built in cross-over.

Clean Power and Terrific Bottom End Punch

The final missing piece was the Polk Audio PSW110 subwoofer. It has improved my system much more and in a bigger way than I expected. I thought I had a pretty good surround system but this sub has proven just how important an excellent sub is to the overall impact and sonic experience of a movie.
The Polk Audio PSW110 literally rocks. I didn't know what I was missing. I am now a Polk fan.
