convenient but expensive

It's nice to be able to just set both of our iPhones on the pad and not have to plug them in, but that convenience comes at a pretty steep price. It looks nice and does reduce clutter. I haven't actually timed the process, but the phones seem to charge very quickly. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product.

Powermat for Iphone

One of the few that works as advertised however, I lost the functionality of having a case that included carrying my id's, credit cards, and attaching to my belt. I looked around for similar cases but none complied with my needs. I would have settled for a separate wallet again but having to change my whole commonality for charging my Iphone in all of my cars to carrying the additional USB cord for the Powermat adapter and configuring a USB Charger put me over the top. I might try the product again when it becomes more "user functional".

It's decent

Posted by: russelp from El Paso, TX on 12/29/2009I thought it was OK. It fit the phone very well and looked decent except for the huge "powermat" logo on the back (what am I a billboard). I have my iphone in a Otterbox case, which provides the best protection you can buy; I just wasnt willing to give up the protection for the convenience of the charger, so I returned mine. If Otterbox integrated this technology into their case I would buy one in a heartbeat.

Terrible case!

Posted by: buyer1212121234567 from New England on 10/10/2009Well I bought the chargemat Home and Office version the other day after seeing the AD's on tv. Let me start by saying it is one of the best ideas, but poorly executed.
You have to buy this iPhone case to charge the iPhone and it is just way to bulky. It adds way to much weight to the phone, and makes it feel very odd. Im going to exchange it for the apple dock and give that a try. besides that it is expensive.
Works as it should though just very very bulky and therefore I rate it 2 stars.
