My wonderful Husband wanted to "Surprise" me in getting an ellipical that I've been wanting but not knowing which one I had wanted. Their are different types as you can see from the photos, But the key in purchasing one is test one before buying one to see if you like the feel of it! There are so many different feels to it. I LOVED the one at the gym and wanted one of my own! The one that I liked had longer steps from front to back, or you can step climb, very very smooth, I loved it. On a purchase like this you must try it out on floor first to see if it fits your needs. I didnt want to open box because I wasn't sure if I would like it. I called Best Buy to see if I wasn't Happy can I return it? They told me it would cost "$183.00" for restocking fee! :/ My husband had no idea about the restocking fee or did not read anything about this fee. So now I'm stuck with an ellipical that I'm not happy with and doesn't feel the same. I loved the idea of having "the machine" but not this model. You have to enjoy your machine to look forward in working out. The fan hits your chest not your face. It is not adjustable. Once my husband put all together; it keep making noise. He had to rig it so that it wouldn't make any noise. "Be aware people" and online shoppers. Best Buy should honor this return since it does not state anything about restocking fees on returns. Especially that they do not have any in store to try it out first.- Age : 35-44

Getting super results with this elliptical!5

I absolutely love this elliptical and so does my 15 year-old son, 23 year-old daughter and husband. I have owned it since summer and so far, have lost 16 pounds. For example, I will do the 60 minute fat burn preset which has resistance levels from 6 to 9 with inclines from 10 to 25. This machine is very quiet and does not make any clunking noises or rock about. I am 5'3" and some ellipticals have very long strides and are hard for me to use because they make my calf muscles extend too far. This was not the case with this product. My husband and son, both 5'11", are able to use it comfortably too. They like to go on a tear with it and really up the RPMs! I haven't tried folding it or moving it around so I can't comment on that. My fitness goal was weight loss which I am definitely achieving. At the same time, I have also lost inches and strengthened my calf muscles and this week, am seeing some "cuts" in my triceps!! The low impact motion will not hurt your knees or your back either. Would definitely recommend this elliptical.- Age : 45-54
