Posted by: NannyBear from Las Vegas on 02/16/2013Wanted a treadmill with the most for my money that would accommodate the whole family. We range between larger novice walkers to avid long distance runners and we all love the treadmill. Great ifit ap for maps, incline is great, and is very solid.

I thought I was getting a better product

Posted by: trlophytkr from Omro WI on 01/20/2013It took me three hours to set-up. If you follow the directions set-up is easy. The unit weighs 258 pounds so you need help getting it to where you want it. Right off the bat I had trouble with the electronics. The treadmill would rapidly pick up speed if you started the fan while the treadmill was running. The belt would slow down by itself for no reason. I've been a millwright in a foundry for the past 35 years so I am very good at working on conveyor belts. The belt was at the proper tention,. The company sent out a repair person and they thought they fixed the problem but it still exists. I haven't called them a second time yet but I will next week.
