The design is great. It fits my hand. The price is good.The button layout is great. Most remotes have the channel number buttons on the bottom half of the remote which is stupid! This one is easy to program. It's the first remote I have found that has my Pioneer VSX-921 and my Element TV codes in it. So far, I haven't found anything about this remote to dislike. I didn't have to use the "learning" function so I don't know about that. I only gave it an "average" rating on durability because I have only had it about a month.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

After looking at remotes for several hundreds of dollars (logitech, squid) I decided to try this one first. It controls my Roku, tv, blu-ray, and home theatre system very well. My only unfulfilled wish is that volume control could be slaved to the home theatre at all times. So I cleaned up 4 heavily used remotes to this one unit!0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Decided to get away from the clutter of remotes growing around the TV. It seemed like we were always looking for one of them. I took a lucky shot with the RCA 6 device remote. It easily managed to combine the TV, Cable and DVD remotes into one without losing any functionality, including switching the dvd player to internet to stream netflix.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Made to last not like the less expensive remotes. Very easy to link to the TV and large glow in the dark buttons. I don't think the remote should be as expensive but if your looking for a permanent replacement to your TvS original remote this is a very easy solution.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

I tried 3-4 different universal remotes before buying this one. The TV wouldn't accept the given code on any of the other remotes. This one works so I use it, but it's far from easy to use. It seems like something is blocking the signal to the tv. From about 8' away, with no obstructions the buttons (all of them) have to be pressed repeadetly and very firmly. All functions work (all that I've used) but with much difficulty.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

I was cruising the remotes looking for a replacement for my poorly performing current remote that cost me about 80 bucks. Found the RCA and it looked OK but there was a label across the lower buttons so you couldn't see them all. But a remote for DVD's *has* to have an eject button, right? Wrong. No eject button for the DVD, no picture in picture buttons for the Dish DVR. In addition the arrow buttons in the center don't have really good response and the 'enter' button is easy to miss. They have a channel preset button on the top that should be replaced with some more functional buttons like the ones mentioned above. It'll work in a pinch but I still have to use multiple remotes.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Nice looking universal remote for controlling up to 6 devices, including our satellite cable box. We put ALL our other remotes away because this one replaces them all. Nice shiny black finish and the remote is shaped to fit nicely in the hand. I also like the back-light feature, and the glow-in-the-dark buttons make it easy to find if the lights aren't on. The text is a little small, but the placement is very intuitive once you select the correct device. We bought it with our new TV because the universal remote that came with it, was NOT very universal. We're really happy with this one!1 out of 1 found this review helpful.
