Only bought this becuase it was on sale--it was pretty cheap!
Not thrilled at all. I thought it came with a cleaning clothe, but it has some square pad that does not do anything when using it.
Also, the protector is only for the touchscreen and it's too small so it doesn't protect the whole screen.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

I read the other reviews on here and thought I can't let those reviews be the only one's people read. I bought this a few days after Christmas, all I can say is if you have a problem with the install you need to look at your own abilities. I installed perfect and used my head, (not literally) and put the piece of plastic that was sticky on the screen and WOW it worked. Still on and still protecting like it said it would. The little screen cleaner is nice too. For the one that said it doesn't cover both screens, hello, don't touch the top screen and it won't need protection.12 out of 15 found this review helpful.

Upon opening the package, I noticed the corners were bent slightly. I thought that it may not matter. It did. THE CORNERS THAT WERE SLIGHTLY BENT WILL NOT ADHERE TO THE SCREEN. I assume that this happened in shipping(I purchased in the store). The screen shield went on easy enough. I had cleaned the 3 month old screen on the 3DS very well and made sure there was no dust before applying.
Also the shield is just a bit smaller than the screen itself(if that bothers you).
The cleaning rub that came with it is what I used to smooth out any air bubbles, which worked great.
I would purchase this again only if the corners were not bent.8 out of 9 found this review helpful.

Overpriced and doesn't cover both screens1

I just bought a Nintendo 3DS a few days ago and needed screen protectors for the system. After looking around I saw the Rocketfish screen shield at my local Best Buy. "Hey it's got the official Nintendo seal of quality", I thought to myself. It also came with a little screen cleaning pad as a bonus. I figured not a bad deal for $7. So I bought it and took it home.
I setup a clean area, prepped both screens, and opened the package ready to apply the screen protectors. I opened up the package and found a screen protector and the cleaning pad, but wait, where's the OTHER screen protector? You know, because there are TWO screen on the 3DS. Heck it's even part of the name DS (DUAL SCREEN) for crying out loud. But no I wasn't mistaken, it only came with one screen protector. The only screen protector you get is for the bottom screen. Your top screen gets nothing.
Now while some might say you only need it for the bottom screen because it's a touch screen, then please explain what a screen protector does for a PSP that isn't a touch screen? It's there to protect the screen.
All in all I'm very disappointed. Esentially you're paying $7 for one piece of plastic and a cheap cleaning pad. I saw some of these reviews but went against my better judgement seeing as I wanted it ASAP. Lesson learned.
I'll stick with HORI products as they have always been top notch AND a good value.3 out of 14 found this review helpful.

Let me first just say, that I can see why people would get annoyed with this product. The only instructions that it comes with says 'Please peel this off and apply to screen'. It isn't very much to go off of, but I didn't have any issues applying it to my screen. Pretty much you just peel the screen from the plastic sheet, being careful not to touch the sticky part, and place it on the lower screen. I had a few bubbles in mine, but i used a credit card to smooth those out. So far, it hasn't came off or anything.10 out of 11 found this review helpful.

The instructions fail so hard with this product. The part it tells you to stick on the screen isn't the sticky part. Don't buy this, or if you do then do the OPPOSITE of the instructions!11 out of 19 found this review helpful.
