Great For calls alone1

I Originally bought this headset to make listening to music slightly more accessible and easier then a set of wired ear buds, but all I was able to accomplish was a simple call. It would not under any circumstance connect to the music player portion of my cell phone even after several attempts. So I would recommend this headset for anyone who intends to use this for calls alone. Aside from that look elsewhere.8 out of 36 found this review helpful.

I bought this to replace my Motorola H12, and it was only because I lost the case and couldn't charge it again.
Anyway, this is no where near the Motorola piece and I paid more for this one. Sound quality severely lacks, it's just not clear sound. Also, the other complaint I have is that if I go to try to adjust the piece on my ear, the button to connect/disconnect is in an inconvenient location and I end up disconnecting every freaking call that I'm on. I'm looking to return this one.7 out of 9 found this review helpful.

Looks similar to and is packaged like the Jawbone Icon, but falls very short. Power button is difficult to press. Primary button had a very soft/squishy feel -- difficult to tell when it was actually pressed, and easy to press accidentally. Volume adjustment is novel but ultimately difficult to use. I did not find the earbuds or hook comfortable (I generally use the largest attachment on earpieces). Audio quality was fine but I had difficulty with the multi-point Bluetooth connection (I have two phones) which did not work as well as my four year old LG cheapo. I ended up exchanging for the Jawbone Icon which I am very happy with (and can be found for much cheaper).8 out of 9 found this review helpful.

Great earpiece for the price5

bought the earpiece to replace a Jabra piece that I got in a kit when I bought my phone. It was very easy to link with my Blackberry Tour and works great. Voice recognition works surprisingly well. The only thing that is a little tough to deal with is the volume control. There is a touch pad that controls the volume, but it is inconsistant. This becomes a problem when you are driving and you are trying to turn up the volume.11 out of 12 found this review helpful.

I tested this Bluetooth while comparison shopping. The sound clarity was acceptable but I felt the design wasn't very usable.
The sound quality of the in-ear speaker was a bit fuzzy - not terrible, but not crystal clear. On the other end, I was told that clarity was good - not as good as another BT I tested, but still better than my Blackberry's handset.
On the usability side, I feel like the designers tried to make this too compact.
Things about the design I didn't like:
- The on-off button is on the inside of the device, so you can't turn it off while it's in your ear. It's also a VERY tiny button and hard to push "just right" to get it to turn on and off.
- The "push to talk" button is very sensitive - I accidentally hung up on someone while trying to adjust the angle.
- You have to open a tiny door on the device to access the micro USB charging port.
The volume control is interesting - you slide your finger up/down the outside of the device to turn the volume up/down. Not intuitive for me, but others might have better luck with it.4 out of 6 found this review helpful.

Great audio quality & range5

Crystal clear, several different earbud sizes, no static, range is excellent. The only downside for me is that the battery life is very low -- only 4 hours.
However, it charges quickly -- and via microUSB, so chances are you can charge it using your cell phone's charger.
The volume adjusts automatically based on ambient noise, which is a nice touch; and you can manually adjust the volume by sliding your finger across the faceplate -- it's touch sensitive!
This is simply the best bluetooth headset I've ever bought. I'll be looking forward to the next version.9 out of 10 found this review helpful.

I spend a lot of time in noisy areas and this headset really works!! It's the first time that people can actually hear what i'm saying on the other end of the phone.
Active volume adjust is phenomenal. Walk inside, volume adjusts down, walk outside, volume adjusts upwards. Plus I can always easily manually turn the volume up by touching the headset - cool! I found the ear gel choices adequate but I use the ear loop all the time anyway. I definitely recommend this headset to anyone who needs simple operation and great performance!25 out of 27 found this review helpful.
