It has a large water reservoir, and a powerful steam button. It has been a learning curve to turn the iron on, but now when I go to iron the first thing I do is set the iron flat. It heats up quickly and has a powerful steam button. I am very pleased with this iron. I did not buy the top of the line Rowenta iron but this one is very good.
