    Posted by: from Long Island NY on 04/03/2011I got this camera when it 1st came out and i was very pleased with this purchase the pictures comes out very clear on the highest setting and even the lower settings its easy to use the battery life is good on it all the modes r helpfull and work great the front lcd is nice to have and works well when you use it the only thing is sometimes the pictures come out blurry if u dont hold down the button to take pictures and have it focus on what u r taking the picture of overall tho this is a great camera for the price

    Posted by: from Brockton, MA on 03/21/2011i was really excited to get this camera because of the front-facing screen . i'm always taking pictures with friends or by myself and it really does make it a lot easier without having to do the stupid trial and error . another great feature of the front screen is that it plays a little kid cartoon to get their attention on the camera and not to look away . my nephew is two and it catches his attention with a big smile on his face . so again really great if you have younger kids that you plan to take pictures of often . the only reason i rated it four stars instead of five is that the camera's flash will never stay on when im in auto mode , it always switches back to flash off . also , the battery life isnt the greatest but for the price its still a great camera .

    Posted by: from Illinois on 03/16/2011experienced same complaints as other users. i bought this for my 14 year old daughter to repalce a samsung camera she lost. she wanted this one because of the front lcd screen. her previous older samsung worked well and took great pics. this one however....not so much. for every 1 good picture there are 4 blurry ones. the image stabilization causes the camera to capture and process pictures sooooooo slooooowwwww. the lens makes a clicking (loud) noise when zooming in and out. front lcd screen not as useful you would think, can only see it when your very close. based on similar reviews with these issues we will not be exchanging for the same camera. very disappointed. had the camera for only 2 days, but taking it back to get a cannon instead.

    Cheap product, takes blurry photos

    Posted by: from Vancouver, Wa on 03/07/2011I bought this two days ago and am returning it today for the NIkon coolpix 3100. which is in the same price range, only im hoping the picture quality and shutter speed wil be better. I played around with the samsung and the olny feature i liked were the front lcd. Even when messing with the settings I could not get a clear indoor picture of my kids and therefore, its not worth even having at all! I did some research online and hopefully will be happier with Nikon, but it wont be hard to top the samsung! Oh and It started making a clicking noise today too like another review had stated, which is another reason Im returning it.
