The TV was missing the screws required to install the pedestal. That is 100% a Samsung issue and BestBuy had no control over that. BestBuy DID have control over the fact that the 4 times I went back to the store I purchased the TV from I received ZERO support. They acted like they cared for a minute, but never really tried to find screws.
Even Geek Squad looked at me like I was out of my mind! Price was good, but the service was less than minimal.- Internet Connectable? : Yes

I got this T.V. for a great price. We use it in front of the treadmill and exercise bike. Really did not want a smart T.V. or a 50" T.V. for this. We are not using a cable box so the 720 vs 1080 really does not matter ( need cable box for HD channels).- Internet Connectable? : No
