Posted by: RMHVideo from Medfield on 05/18/2013We purchased this item based on the amount of positive feedback on this forum and I'm happy to say....All the positive feedback is true. Great picture with options and great sound with audio options in the menu etc.
But I have to take the designer to task on the location of the HDMI port. As stated on other posts, the HDMI comes out of the side, fairly high up on the unit. It's hard to hide the wire sticking out, especially at the angle we have the TV situated. The electrical cord is also set at an angle that puts pressure on the plug in the back of the set. So one day, if your TV doesn't go on, don't panic and take it to the shop until you check the electrical cord first. Chances are that's all you'll need to replace.
Other than that, It's a great TV and the positive feedback is all true.
