Great picture for the PRICE!5

I bought this TV on sale for $599, for that price it really cant be beat! I cant comment on the sound, as i have it hooked up to a soundbar. But the picture quality is great!! But i will admit, it has taken me almost a week of tweaking the picture to get it "almost" perfect. I will say, Samsung def gives you alot of picture options to adj the picture. It is replacing a 46in Westinghouse LED and the picture is SOO much better, i didnt realize what i was missing. Overall a great purchase and i almost feel like I stole it for 599. I didnt need the 3D or Smart tv as i have an LG blu ray player with wifi built in. If you just want a basic LED TV with a GREAT picture than this is the TV for you. Just dont be discouraged if it takes a bit of tweaking, its well worth it when you get it right. I googled settings for this tv and used them as a baseline, huge improvment, then put my own tweaks on those.- Internet Connectable? : No

So after my 1.2" samsung died after 2 years I bought this TV. I was told this TV is 120hz. That is not true. This TV is 60hz and the picture quality is not good. I am not impressed with this TV at all. The picture is choppy and nowhere near the qualtiy of my 1.2" Samsung. I would not tell anyone to buy this TV. it has 2 HDMI slots and the base does not swivel. This TV is junk!! I have always bought Samsung TV's. I have had 4 of them and this one is by far the worst.- Internet Connectable? : No

So I've had my eye on this one for quite some time and finally pulled the trigger. I bought this one to replace my 5 year old Samsung 40" LCD which is also a great TV in fact I used that one to replace my last tube TV. This TV is great for sports the wooden floors of the basketball courts are vivid in color, the reflections on the ice in hockey games are amazing and all the movements are very direct with no blur what so ever. My first complaint though would be with the HDMI ports, there are only 2 and between my PS3, Xbox, and TV box I'm left one shy. That issue however is easily remedied with a modern stereo receiver and then I only heed one. My other complaint is that when watching Blu Ray movies or even streaming through the PS3 the 120 refresh rate, in conjunction with the 5 million to 1 contrast ratio suddenly make you realize how fake you movies and shows really are. It becomes obvious that the actors are wearing make up and even small and seemingly insignificant camera movements become very clear. These issues are very small though. This is not a SMART TV though nor does it have any 3D abilities so if your looking for a TV with a browser or want to wear glasses when you watch then keep looking. However if you don't feel compelled to have a TV with all that non sense but still want quality you can't beat this one for the price but get it soon, it's been discontinued.- Internet Connectable? : No

This TV is super clear. I watch a lot of sports, action movies, and play video games, and there is never any hesitation or fuzzy pixels that all my friends and family have on their TV's. it is not a smart TV but, if you want a TV that performs outstanding for watching it, this is the one.- Internet Connectable? : No

The TV was very easy to set up (although the cable company WASN'T). Had to :jiggle" with a few settings to get what I needed for my environment, but it was easy and swtraight-froward.- Internet Connectable? : No
