The second tv has operated without any glitches. I went from 52" to 60". This screen reminds me of a theatre screen, except better definition, crispness, and its in my family room over the fireplace mantle.

Big TV; Good picture, Poor sound.

Posted by: MrPerez from Visalia, Ca on 05/09/2013from volume level 5-6-7 it goes from quiet-med-blaring. Had a Philips previously and the sound cannot compare as well as the base stand. The stand on this TV is so cheapy that when my A/C would turn on it would wobble. Good picture and display in the light, lots of windows in my house.

I have never seen such a high degree of picture quality as in any TV. No picture or color adjustments to make to get the highest picture quality possible. The sound quality is above average as you have five menu sound options to choose from to fit your viewing pleasure. We have had this TV for a week now, and I really don't know why we waited so long to make this purchase. I am extremely happy we picked this model and not a Smart or 3D Smart TV. It would have been a waist of money to have so many Smart features on a TV that we would never use. This TV did not come with a Swivel Stand which would have been nice. Bestbuy.com listed this correctly, Samsung.com did not.

Would have perferd to have purchased the smart version with all the apps but was out of my personal price range. The TV has an excellent picture quality the images are full of life and color.
