I wasn't worried that the phone would be too big because I came from an HTC Thunderbolt, which was quite large. I absolutely love the options you get with the S-pen, and the split screen applications so I can watch a video and surf the net at the same time. And fast...this phone keeps up. The battery typically lasts me 2 days, but I'm on wi-fi most of the time. Only complaint is the sound when playing music in earphones or through my car speakers is not as high a quality as my Thunderbolt was. But overall, I'm glad I picked this phone for my next two years of use.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

i love this phone! It is very user-friendly. Easy to set-up and the big screen makes everything so much easier to read. i LOVE the white! It IS a big phone but its not too big that it's "clunky" or too big. The browser is very fast and compared to the iphone it is THE fastest out there. I am a proud owner of Samsung's Flagship Phablet, The Galaxy Note II (Titanium). I also am a Samsung enthusiast. I decided to surprise my Mom with an early Mothers Day Gift; the Galaxy Note II because I found it hard for her to give me mines back. I bought my Mom the Note II because I noticed that she juggled an iPhone and iPad. My solution was simple, the Hybrid Galaxy Note II, both Smartphone and Tablet. I thought the Upgrade from iOS 6 to Android was going to be complex. In my Mom’s opinion it was very easy to incorporate into her daily business projects. The features that my Mom uses the most are the S~Pen, Air View, Dual Screen Mode, S~Beam, and the innovative S~Note. My Mom is happy with her new Phablet and hopefully will enjoy it for years to come.
The accessories I highly recommend and bought for my Mom from Best Buy are:
1. The OtterBox Defender Series case for Maximum Protection of an
Expensive Phablet such as the Galaxy Note II
2. The Bose Bluetooth Headset Series 2 #right/left) because it's Bose, light weight, easy to pair, and excellent sound quality on both ends of conversation even in noisy environments
3. The SanDisk - Ultra 64GB microSDXC Class 10 Memory Card- for Business and Personal use such as: Large Documents, S~Notes, Pictures, Movies, Videos, etc.- Age : 25-34

I love this phone. It is like having a laptop with you. I can do anything I want with it. I haven't even begun to utilize all it's abilities. I can see where this would be a great phone for a business person when they were away from the office. I love all the storage. Great battery life for all that I do with it. I work 13 hour shifts and it has yet to go below 70% from 6 am to 10 pm. Great reception. The phone is sleek and slim. I want the large screen so I am not bothered by the footprint of the phone. I got a great case for it, that actually added a little heft to it and I like it even more! My favorite phone ever!- Age : 45-54

Phone works great! It takes a little time to get use to the size of the phone. It is rather large and there isn't many options as far as cases or holsters yet.- Age : 35-44
