battery life is not so great but managable, i purchased a high capacity battery and it almost eliminated the need to charge every 6-8hrs, but i guess it depends on how much you use your phone throughout the day. wireless hotspot and wifi is flawless, connected my laptop and it ran faster then my cable internet. once you learn all the options on the phone, navigating the screens is easy.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

I like the phone. My friend had the white one and didn't like it. I got it and I love the phone. Large screen size and good quality both for forward and away camera. Haven't been using it for a long time, but so far, it does its job. I'm a very large electronics person so this is always a big decision to make.
I did purchase an extended battery immediately after buying the phone so I can't comment much on the original's battery life.- Age : 18-24

Love this phone5

I got this phone about 6 months ago and have been very pleased. Phone is stable, responsive and has good call quality. Tons of storage space, and can be expanded an additional 32gb with a microsd card. Even better, the Jelly Bean update just came out, so this phone is now even more awesome. Get one!- Age : 45-54

I bought this for my 20 yr old son, who's in college and on the go. He absolutely LOVES this phone.
T-Mobile had the same phone available at their store/online for $149.99 (upgrade price) while BestBuy had it for $49.99 as an authorized dealer. I was still able to qualify for the T-Mobile rebate of $50 so the phone was essentially "FREE." Had I not shopped around, my son was fully prepared to pay the $149.99 for this phone (he wanted it that badly).

Great 1st Smart phone5

The Galaxy SII is my first smart phone, and it's a great phone, with plenty of features and apps. The price was right too, paid $100 for two phones, one for my fiancee, and got a $50 gift card to boot! Once I got used to how it works, it's really come in handy, allowing me to access my email, take pics, find directions and phone numbers, browse the web, etc., and the internet connection is pretty fast, as fast as my wi-fi at home. I had no idea how handy it would be, but now I look for ways to make it work for me. I held out from getting a smart phone because of the price for data, but the phone has paid for itself in the first week just with the time I saved looking for restaurants and their hours. Glad I made the upgrade!- Age : 45-54

I bought 2 of these phone for my teenage children. They absolutely love the phone. However, I would highly recommend a protective cover. The screen seems to get damanaged easily.- Age : 15-17
