The first camera did not work. It did not power up. Returned to the store. Waited 2 weeks for a replacement. Replacement powered up and it took about 5 minutes to set up the camera with skype. My friends in europe say the picture looks great and sound is clear. No problems to report. I use it on a new 2013 Samsung plasma 550 modle TV .0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Perfect for SKYPE Families!5

We use this to SKYPE with our college student away from home. The whole family can sit around and talk like she is in our living room. We sometimes point the camera to show our pets which is always good for a smile. This is the only camera that works with Samsung LED SMART TV from what we are told. Best Buy does not do a great job reporting when items have arrived at the store if you order online for Pick-Up. Try calling the store if you have given enough time and have not received an email update.3 out of 3 found this review helpful.
