The product does what its supposed to. I would give it 4 out of 5. Only change is it would be nice if there was a button on it to turn it off but you have to unplug it if you dont want it on all the time. Overall good product though.

I feel like for what we paid for our set, this should have been included from the get-go but I know how it is. It's all about the accessory come-back since they've sold you a television that won't need replacing anytime soon. We purchased this primarily to use Netflix directly through our television. This thing is pretty much plug and play: stick it in a USB port, turn on the television, select your wireless network and go to setup through the menu. The set will download a few updates and you're good to go.
