This pretty much ruled out the bottom-freezer fridges, but we liked the function of a side-by-side anyway. After looking at many in-person, we elected to go with this Samsung model at Best Buy.
The salesperson treated us well, we got delivery (and haul-away) set - at no charge, by the way - and they were in and out of the house with no hassle. It did take a quick read-through of the manual to figure out several of the options on the dispenser panel (it isn't as intuitive as a traditional 3 kinds of ice and water dispenser because of the many features that are controlled through the panel), but now that it's set up, it works like a charm.
We've had zero problems, love the look of the fridge, and are very satisfied with our purchase.

This one was worth our money and the price was just right for us. Can't and wont go back to a regular size after owning this one, my wife and I are extremely satisfied. Although my wife wanted a stainless steel color, little by little she love the black color.

It's a no brainer not to buy from Bestbuy with the free shipping!
