When I returned the the item because I did not receive the Boston sound system, I requested the store would credit my credit card. I did not un box anything. Boston system arrived 2/15/2013. $1,630.00 was purchased 2/2/2013.
I wanted it credited back to my credit card but was told NO!
I was given store credit; I needed on my credit card.
Point- I could not mount my tv until Boston sound system arrived. After I received system, I didn't need wall mount.
No customer service- Tyler and Devin lied. They could have credited my card.0 out of 2 found this review helpful.

I was looking for a low profile mount. This one offered the lowest profile I could find. It was easy to install and mount the TV. I especially like that you can unlock the bottom portion and use the kick stand to access the connections in the back of the TV. Feels very sturdy. Would definitely recommend for someone looking for low profile mount that does not need the tilt or movement functionality.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.
