We bought two of these units, and installed them side by side. The load carrying capacity is more than sufficient for most home systems, and the way it is engineered and manufactured allows minor mistakes in alignment to be corrected with adjustments. I would recommend these shelves to anyone with a complex number of components with multiple interconnections.
