Posted by: fly117th from on 03/29/2013This is a nice mount i got my a 60 inch tv. It was easy to mount the tv with this model, its easy to use, but it is pricey for what it is. I may have been able to get the same results with a cheaper model or brand.

Posted by: homerthegreat from Austin, Tx on 03/25/2013I installed this with my sharp 70" 847u model works great very easy installation, may have to reffer to the instructions every once in a while but other than that very simple to intall, very happy with my purchase got it as open item for 117.99 unhappy that another bestbuy had it for 89.99 abd since it was open item they were not able to price match.

Easy to instal if you disregard the instructions it comes with. Can be confusing. I figured it out once i tossed the manual it came with. Had adjustable length in case you are a little off-center when locating studs and mounting it up. Sturdy and secure.

Posted by: Robberloose from Oregon on 10/26/2012One of the reasons I bought this was the ability to use it as a tilt and slim fit. Turns out I wouldnt be able to use the cable hook ups if I used the slim fit option, but the tilt mode works great.

Different sizes and options account for the price difference. The mark up on this is huge. Amazon had it for I think $130 less but best buy matched the price (less sales tax) but I'll pay 10% more to be able to return it to a local store if need be.
Good mount - holds 65" plasma. Had some difficulty installing it but that was because of the stone wall, not because of the mount.

(im using it for a 65")... it has the ability to tilt and slide left or right a few inches which comes in handy... but most importantly to me... it appears to be flush on the wall from my couch.. yet I am able to still reach behind my TV to connect or disconnect my components because of the gap between the wall and TV.

Good Mount, Awful Installation

Posted by: LiobredMonks from NYC on 07/25/2012This mount works as advertised for my new 70" Sharp TV, but getting Geek Squad over to install this (after paying them hundreds of dollars to do so) took several weeks and over 10 trips to my apartment where I had to pay someone to be there for the installation. I will never again make a purchase at Best Buy, except for maybe the gift cards I got as a result of the points I accrued in this purchase. Never use Geek Squad for anything. Additionally, after all of this, the mount isn't level. Luckily it's not that obvious but once you mention it to someone, it's clearly off.
