I've worked with at least four (4) Sharp Aquos Advantage techs and none of them, including the two supervisors can figure it out. It's taken more of my time on the phone with them than I care to give to anyone short of my wife and friends and now I've got to ship this box to Sharp. So disappointed in this whole experience. Love the 60'' Aquos Quatron TV but the sound isn't good and Sharp even recommended this unit to use with it the TV17 out of 27 found this review helpful.
