Store Pickup lets you buy items online and pick them up in a store. You avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges — and you may be able to get your order faster.
Here's how it works:

Who Can Pick Up Your Order
You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up (Friends & Family Pickup). To have your order picked up by someone else, you must select that option during checkout. You'll provide the pickup person's name, e-mail address and phone number. Your pickup person will need to show his/her ID and the order number at the store.
Only you — or the person you've told us will pick up your order — can pick up your items.
Ship to Store
Some items may not be immediately available for pickup at your local store, but can be shipped to your store for free. Ship-to-store items usually arrive at the store within 3 to 7 business days. We'll send you an e-mail when your items are ready for pickup.
Ship to Store excludes music, DVDs, video games and other select items.
Some items like TVs, refrigerators and other large appliances may be available for pickup at one of our local warehouses. If this option is available, you'll see it when you're selecting a store.
Bring the same things you'd bring for pickup in a store:
At the warehouse, look for a Will Call or Visitor Parking sign. Head inside and someone will be there to help.
A Few More Things to Know
Marketplace items are not available for Store Pickup.
For Orders Containing Mobile Phones or Mobile Broadband Devices
If you're picking up a mobile phone, mobile broadband device or mobile accessory at one of our big-box stores, pick up your order in the Best Buy Mobile department.
Allow at least 30 minutes when you pick up your mobile phone or device. We'll activate your device and get it set up, so it's working when you leave the store.
For mobile phones and devices with plans, the person named on the contract must be present for pickup.
Orders placed for handsets without a 2–year agreement cannot be placed over the phone.
Pre-ordered items will be available for pickup on or after their release date.
Store Pickup & Our Price Match Guarantee
If your product is available at a lower price in the store at the time you pick it up, your original form of payment will automatically be adjusted to reflect the lower price. Some exclusions apply.
Changing or Canceling Store Pickup
To change or cancel a store pickup order, call us at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289).
Note that not all items are available for both store pickup and shipping.
We'll hold your items at the store for 8 days. If you don't pick up your items by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment.
