This is a terrible device. It takes up to 5 min to connect, loses connection constantly, will not function as a hot spot. Service from Sprint totally unsatisfactory. I am furious about the lost time and money this product has cost me.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

I had a VZ USB modem and their cell tower was visible from my house. The VZ tower was swamped with high utilization after smartphones came out. I live on backside of the tower and VZ only upgraded the front to 4G and let the backside die.. The Sierra Overdrive Hotspot (in 3G) outperforms VZ, even though I live in a NON-supported area. . (paid early termination fee to VZ to get rid of them.)0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

After having the prior version for two years, this is a nice upgrade. The advantages over older one is that it is smaller, connects to network faster and battery life is longer.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

verry, very poor unit. Sprint service was poor also. Spend hours on the phone and in line. Sprint say that they are in the process of upgrading their service but that do not help right now. Not worth the stress. I would not recommend this to any one.3 out of 3 found this review helpful.

This my 2nd one in less than a month. The first one quit working. I am hoping that was just a fluke. I spent about 2 hours of my time to do an exchange. Was not happy, missed appointments.1 out of 2 found this review helpful.
