Got this device does not work properly, hooked into a two year contract,
Sprint sais go back to best buy best buy sais go to sprint, went to best buy got turned down 48 hrs past 15 days. Just bought a tower, and lap top before I bought this. Buyer beware of these people they really do not care. I tried to get the GM of store but no help again. I will not buy any thing else from Best buy ever again and will start going to as much social media I can to tell my story.0 out of 2 found this review helpful.

Item does not work as intended.sprint cannot help without best buy cooperation,which has been impossible to obtain. Complete waste of money. Do not let best buy salespeople have access to you phone account.they are incapable of reversing their mistakes.2 out of 2 found this review helpful.

I have called costumer service to fix the problem and they say there are network problems and they are trying to fix them. Even though they are trying to fix the slowness I have to be stuck in a two year contract with calling costumer service every time I want to connect. It is horrible I would not suggest this item at all.2 out of 3 found this review helpful.
