Bought 2 and opened at home. One missing wall power cord and auto power cord. Best buy at Tulsa Hills offered to give us 20% off another product. Took it to 71st Street store and exchanged for another one. Extremely disappointed in service at first store.2 out of 11 found this review helpful.

Great DvD player for Over the Road Trucker5

I have had no problems with this. I use it everyday to watch DVD's on my down time since I'm an over the road truck driver. Battery life is good. over all quality is good.. ie sound and picture. I love it and it runs about 3 1/2 to 6 hours a day depending on if I have down time. I've had this a month so far and it's still going strong. I do use a head set but not needed all the time. some trucks that park next to me are louder than usuall and no matter what you cant hear over them thats when i use my headset6 out of 6 found this review helpful.

Great player for the price. Needed a portable player to replace a worn out unit. Saw this player online and on sale so read the reviews and purchased it online. Kids use it everyday with no problems.6 out of 6 found this review helpful.

Sound Quality Lacking Good Picture3

I purchased this portable DVD Player to entertain the kiddos at various activities and while traveling. Great picture but sound quality is lacking when vehicle is operating. Great for individual use or w/head phones. I would not recommend for trips. I would recommend this product if it was for use outside a moving vehicle.6 out of 8 found this review helpful.

My daughter has had this dvd player for over 2 years now and it is still in great working condition. She uses her player ALL the time. (I'm talking almost EVERY day) She'd rather watch her portable dvd player over our big screen tv! This player has been through a whole lot in the past two years. I've only had to get it serviced once, but that was because she yanked the cord out of the socket while it was charging it and it bent up something. Nothing that couldn't be fixed and it wasn't the dvd players fault at all! Now, she has worn the poor thing out SO much, that the hinge on where you open it is somewhat broke, but that is only because of how hard she uses it! I plan on definately buying her another one for her birthday! This time I'll buy her the 9" screen! You won't be disappointed with this player!19 out of 19 found this review helpful.

I purchased this DVD player 4 days ago, mainly for use in my bedroom. I used to convert my movies to watch them on my tablet, which is time consuming and does not always work. This player is doing an awesome job, plays flawless so far, has good battery life, easy to use. It does not have a remote control, which I don't miss, since I have it on my lap and no remote is necessary. It plays JPEG and VCD as well as any DVD +/-RW, no blu-rays!
I saw it initially at WalMart for $89, while BestBuy's price was $99, but they matched the price, next day it was on sale at BestBuy for $79.99 and I went back to get a price adjustment.21 out of 21 found this review helpful.

I feel the volume level is more than adequate. The picture quality is very good for a small unit. There is no remote control, but you don't really need one given that it will probably be viewed within a close proximity anyway.
I have not used it on battery power alone yet. I owned a 9" dvd player before; I accidentally damaged it. I purchased this 7" model and enjoy it just as well as the 9" player. My unit is mostly used by my bedside for viewing at night. After a month or so of use so far; I have no complaints.26 out of 26 found this review helpful.
