Trainers encourage you to tighten your core when working out, specifically using those big fancy elliptical trainers in the gym with out holding the hand rails! Well this compact unit doesn't have them so you can get an excellent work out! If balance is an issue, especially for the novice, use in or near a doorway.
Having a large unit in the House of 5 kids is impractical and very unsafe for the kids. love I can tuck this in a closet for safe keeping when not in use.
