Good product if you have the strength

Posted by: SandraMa from New York, NY on 06/20/2012It's easy to set up, though I find myself tightening the bolts after each use, and I don't even run on it.
The incline has two levels; however, I find it's easier work on the higher incline, since I don't have to push so hard to get it going (relative to the high incline.)
Overall, as it's manual, it's tougher to use and you feel more tired the less you use it compared to an electric one. At the gym I was able to use a treadmill for 70+ minutes without getting tired, but here I really work up a sweat within several minutes. I think it'd be easier if i can hold onto the rails (especially the front part) if they were higher and closer to my body; I find myself slouching a lot to push myself.
I'd personally rather save up my money to get an electric treadmill - or another gym membership. To each their own.

A good buy at a very reasonable price

Posted by: SD2012 from Puyallup on 04/25/2012Although it is very compact, it will really let you get a great workout. The only negative is that by it being so compact, you must always hold on to the hand bars. However, for the reasonable price, that is okay. The treading belt does appear to walk at an uneven pace, sometimes fast, then slow. Perhaps a little tweaking will fix that. However, I love how compact it is because it can fit just about anywhere out of the way and can be very quickly accessed. I think it is a good buy.
