NEW v. USED2

I opened the shipping box and removed product:
obvious moisture in the chamber
electrical cord not factory bundled
Returned to local store when I felt like it and reordered online asking for a new, unopened, unused product.
If I wanted a used product, I would have gone through the "outlet/clearance center".......0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Not good for travel1

Bought it for travel and not even last long. The dual watts button is the big problem. It was hidden on the iron. If you use it to travel overseas in Asia and forgot to change the wattage, the iron will be burn and smell, cannot use it again.
Other brands do not have this dual button and it will be more safety if use it to travel overseas because the wattage is already fits overseas and no need to choose the wattages again.0 out of 4 found this review helpful.

Useful small iron5

This iron is easy to handle. It has continuous steam, shot of steam, and no steam options. That is remarkable for a small travel iron. The design is great for my hand and allows me to press firmly. I use it for sewing and quilting, to avoid the huge energy drain my full-size iron causes when I leave it on for the hours of time I spend sewing. No travel iron will ever replace a full size iron, since none have the number of steam vents, surface size or weight of a full size. But this one comes close. Holds a relatively large amount of water, and can be refilled while iron is sitting flat. Very handy-dandy.4 out of 4 found this review helpful.

Great Travel Iron5

Bought for a cruise, where irons/boards aren't available, and each article of clothing would have been charged for. We used it every day and saved a bundle!3 out of 3 found this review helpful.

I loved this because of it's size and quality of materials. Unfortunately, the first trip I took it on (to Lebanon), I forgot it in the hotel. I will DEFINITELY be buying another one, though!3 out of 3 found this review helpful.

Compact ad fully functional it is a real iron in miniature. Very practical: double voltage when you travel to Europe.
Shame that no pictures available on the website and the item is only available online. Good purchase!3 out of 3 found this review helpful.
