Posted by: AKwesttexas from Texas on 06/16/2013Really like this mono pod, especially the quick release flip levers for easy height adjustment, and colapse. It is also very light. The only knock is Since I carry this during hiking trips, it is bit longer than I would like, but this isn't a major set back.

Posted by: Ashlar from Michigan on 05/17/2013Fits perfectly into my camera shoulder sling and very easy to set up. The price is a bit steep for such a simple product, but I would pay it again for the same product.

It's a stick - but a good one
5
Posted by: Dkam from Maryland on 02/26/2013Honestly, it's a stick - so what it comes down to is 'how sturdy is it' and 'how easy can it extend/collapse'. Aside from that, what matters is the head you put on it (get a good one) and the camera attached to it. It's cheap, uses a standard mound, and collapses/extends quickly and easily. I would like to see a foot on the bottom that doesn't slip as easily, but for the price, it's hard to complain about it. Great for bands and similar shots where you don't always know where you're going to be or what angle you're going to be shooting from. For video, it's somewhat handy, but I recommend you skip it and get a legit shoulder mount rig.
