Picked this phone for an elderly person to carry for emergencies. The keys are large and easy to use. It has a switch for the flashlight instead of using a menu. The unit needs a better manual.- Age : 65 and above

Is a great phone for my mom who is 82 yrs old. Bought this for her for the nice big numbers since vision in only one eye. The yearly minute card is the best option since the minutes get doubled once activated.
The only issue I had is entering the contacts had to do a few times to figure out the correct way for the number to show up. It is a nice phone for my mom that uses it for long distance calls. The reception is good too.- Age : 65 and above

This was a gift for my elderly mom who is often traveling. She used a cell phone in the past but the numbers were so small they were really hard for her to see. This phones has a larger number keypad which makes it easier for her to use.- Age : 65 and above

After switching to this phone I got numerous comments about how distorted my voice sounded. This phone has a very poor quality microphone or bad sidetone in transmission. I returned it and went back to previous phone and all those I called could now hear my voice fine again.- Age : 65 and above

i bought this for my grandparents who needed a new cell.
They might make 10 calls on this phone a year.
It has what was needed, LARGE buttons for them to see to make a call.
They don't text or go on the internet, so this simple phone was perfect for them.- Age : 25-34
