I grew up with the original Transformers animated series. Transformers Prime holds true to much of the spirit of that show, and is well worth the watch for fans.

As a child of G1 Transformers I must say Transformers Prime has used bits of the past & of the current Transformer incarnations with new story's to tell. Season 1 was a great way to start the show & Season 2 has matched it. New character's & more battles between Optimus Prime's noble Autobots who vow to protect all humans & Megatron &the Decepticons who want nothing more but to conquer Earth & rebuild Cybertron. I had to buy this now instead of a blu-ray if this only available online from different retailers, so I hope Best Buy can get Transformers Prime on Blu-ray soon but even in DVD format it's still a good buy.

Season two of Transformers Prime is where the storytelling really starts to take off. With the introduction of new characters on both sides, it keeps fans both old and new guessing who will pop up next.
