I did a lot of research and you can't get this quality TV and the WiFi connection capabilities with any other 42" TV at this price. The picture quality is good, but not totally what I expected. Although I think that it will be hard to find better picture quality within the same price range and size TV.

When delivered and set up no quick start guide or batteries were in the box. I called Best Buy and was told they could not do anything about it to call Vizio... Vizio customer service is the greatest! They sent out a quick start guide by fed ex and I received it with no problem.. Vizio stands behind their product!

Im very impressed with the TV. Setup is super easy and the tv has a great picture and sound. I also like the Pandora radio to have on while im cleaning or getting ready for work. The financing offer with the best buy card is great too! TV came with free delivery and setup. Couldnt ask for more.

That's when we received an email that Best Buy was carrying them. They matched the price of another store with no questions. We did take a print out for proof. It was ordered in a timley manner and received within the time frame specified. Everyone has been courteous and helpful. We have only had our TV for a little over a month . Vary satisfied.
