    TV worked great for less than 60 days

    Posted by: from Atlanta,GA on 05/20/2013Bought this TV from Best Buy and it worked great... for less than 60 days. Today the picture simply quit. Audio still works just no picture. Quick google search indicates this is a common occurrence. Now the fun begins, spoke to Vizio rep and was told no problem we can get you a new TV out as soon as we verify the purchase. So I uploaded the scanned receipt and called back to speak with a new Vizio rep who informed me that the other rep wasn't as well informed as her and that they will only repair my TV. Call me crazy but I'm not thrilled about having my less than two month old tv repaired. Bottom line I'd stay away from this TV and this company.

I put it next to my high priced Sony and couldn't tell the difference almost identical. I love all the added features like Netflix setting built right into the remote!!! Thank you best buy staff and Vizio for statifying all my needs. I can't wait till football season to see how my tv will perform!!!
