Good value phone, but glitchy3

When this phone works it is great, but other times, not so much. The Google Music app stopped working for some reason, so I ended up buying PowerAmp. For the past few months I've had to remove the battery and restart the phone at least once a day to get it to send texts. Sometime it will refuse to actually send a call only to make the call on its own a few minutes later, not fun. Maybe it's just been my handset though, but so far I've had major issues with this phone, hopefully I'm still eligible for a manufacturers warranty.- Age : 25-34

Got this for my teenage son.he hasn't broken this on yet.decent phone clear screen.can't beat virgins price on plans.- Age : 35-44

I would buy it again.....It has all the qualities that you need. Camera, Text, Phone, Apps.....able to buy the amount of minutes that you need each month.- Age : 45-54

This phone is great. This review has nothing to do with Best Buy. When I got the phone I called Virgin Mobile to activate my phone and add the minutes. When it was activated I got an error message and could not get on the internet, The person at Virgin Mobile had me try several different things. When that didn't work he told me he was going to give it to the highest department and tghey would look into the problem. I never heard from them. So I added a wi-fi and now my phone is working just fine, I guess maybe you should not sell Virgin mobile phones, because this is not my first encounter with them.- Age : 55-64
