Impossible for microphones to work2

Although I get a picture and good sound when playing a karaoke CD, I can't get the microphones to work. I had my daughter in law (a computer and electronics wizard) try to fix the cables so the microphones would work, she could not. iI took the machine to the Hoover BB and they tried to help me. They tested the microphones on a TV at their location and they worked but they will not work when attached to my machine, on the Samsung TV I bought at BB also! Therefore, the karaoke does me no good, although it plays, we can't use the microphones. I will not pay the outrageous price the geek squad charges to come troubleshoot for me either!!!0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

We actually had to exchange it once because one of the microphone ports wasn't working properly. The one we have now (that we need to exchange again) does not play DVD movies like it describes it can do. We will try one more exchange but this is such an inconvenience.27 out of 27 found this review helpful.
