HORRIBLE ITEM!!! Run AWAY From This Manufacturer

The instruction book describes all these cool functions it is supposed to have to help your child learn. It looked great, only it doesn't work. I called the 800 number for the manufacturer, they had me on hold ofr more that 30 minutes then kept me on the phone for 20 more minutes before they said they couldn't help me and that I should return it to Best Buy because they would not honor the warranty they included with their product.

They wont come out so he cant even use it anymore. He is a 6 month old so I dont see a toddler being able to have fun with this one. He moves, he responds to sound...no particular sound. He says clap and all u have to do is make a sound lol. My son likes it A LITTLE...only because he moves. But thats about it. I also dont like it because he is too easy to turn off...sounds strange but I believe it should turn off at the bottom and not have the on/off button to look like a part of the toy.

Not really worth the money
