I changed my plan and bought this after I noticed static in one of my friends Sony monitor. This was awesome, looks good, is handy, perfectly silent without static. The talk back is a cool feature, but is one way, at a time. The warm light is good, but switches off after a few seconds. Wish it had a switch to keep it on. Overall it's best blue for money. This monitor system is as great as all the other positive reviews I read had stated. Picks up only the sound of voices or crying, no white noise! I had previously owned a cheaper unit that would catch all the white noise and made extra static itself. This unit is a much better purchase and I hope it lasts as long as my other one did.1 out of 1 found this review helpful.

I bought this monitor so I could hear my 91 year old dad that lives with me, but his room is in a separate and distant part of my house. The reception is incredible and volume could not be better. It even has a talk button so I can communicate with my dad without running down.1 out of 1 found this review helpful.

The sound quality is amazing with this monitor. It picks up my son making the slightest sound, but you can't hear the sound machine we have. I have nothing negative to say. This monitor has been wonderful!1 out of 1 found this review helpful.

improvement over analog w/oddities4

A big improvement over Sony analog unit we had that was always screeching and beeping at the wrong time. This one always links up and works with no hassles. But, it also has a strange on/off switch that needs about a 2.5 sec. hold to turn on or off, with no beep to tell you it's done. The screen doesn't help as it's practically invisible in most lighting. So, with a few no-brainer fixes, this could be fantastic for the price, but it's not there yet.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.
