Posted by: MaxPITA from Nevada on 04/26/2013Not much to say about the product except that I've had nothing but great results with WD Green drives (I have over a dozen of them, all 2TB and larger). They're much better than comparable Seagates IMO, especially in run temps (I can look at my array and tell the WDs from the Seagates just by looking at their operating temperatures). BestBuy customer service is an entirely different matter, however. A simple price match required about a hour total on the phone over 2 days and they still haven't successfully completed what they promised to do. Is anybody deep in the bowels of BB paying attention? I can get the same price at NewEgg.
